Jingle All The Way

Well, tonight was night 14 of 'Two Weeks With Arnold'... and we're finishing with Jingle All The Way. I know what you're thinking; I didn't watch any of the Terminators or The Last Action Hero, and I assure you, it wasn't my intention. I toyed with the idea of going into overtime, but you know what... it is what it is. This is the final night of 'Two Weeks With Arnold'.

Honestly guys, I'm wore out. Working 50+ hours at the wash, plus family time, plus relax time... it was difficult for me to find the time each night to watch a movie and write the blog. But it was a great buzz worthy challange! Thanks so much to everyone who tuned in!! It's been a blast, though stressful at times. I did some amazing writing, and songs. I hope you enjoyed the commentary, I enjoyed all the feedback. Who knows what crazy project I'll be working on next.

Two Weeks With Arnold Night 14
Jingle All The Way (1996)

Arnold looks refreshed, energetic, and happy to be alive. It's curious to point out that Eraser and Jingle All The Way both came out in '96 but in the former he looks so tired, old, and ragged.

Schwarzenegger plays a forgetful dad who neglects to show up to his sons important karate match. To make it up to him, Arnold promises to get his son the new Turbo Man doll for Christmas. Well, wouldn't you know it that Turbo Man is the most sought after toy... EVER! Sinbad and Phil Hartman guest star and fill the screen with laughter.

Jingle All The Way is a Christmas classic! Fun, feel good, hallarious, advernturous, action packed. I'm adding it to my Christmas DVD collection and will watch it every year until I'm either dead or blind!

Simeon gives it 5 stars!
