working out...

I was an award winning powerlifter in highschool ('97-'99). I graduated, joined DOWN-STARES, dedicated my life to rock 'n' roll, toured the US for 10 years and didn't touch a single weight during that time (but I did A LOT of push-ups and cardio). Currently I've been back in the gym for a little over 2 months and I love it more than ever. (Thanks again to my great friend Marlboro Man for motivating me to get back in the gym.)
As I work out more I have new questions, and am hungry for more intense workouts. So I spent some time surfing YouTube and found some killer instructional videos.
Today I worked out Traps/Deltoids (neck/shoulders) and followed Lee Hayward's Trapezius Exercise shown below.
